Christmas Dinner for 2 @ Fullerton Hotel on 23 December 2022

    Kindly note the following terms & conditions before participating: 
    • This giveaway is organised by KC Group Pte Ltd (“Kerluxe Hair Studio    ”).
    • Participation in the giveaway is subject to the below terms and conditions. By submitting your entry to the Kerluxe Hair Studio, you are deemed to have accepted and agree to abide by the below terms and conditions.
    • There will be only 1 winner entitled to the prize.
    • The giveaway will be held from     1 October 2022 to 11 December 2022. 
    • The Draw will be conducted at HQ on 3:00 pm, 12 December 2022.
    • Each receipt with a minimum of $200 spending on hair services and products will be entitled to participate in the giveaway (Package deductions do not qualify). 
    • Participants may join multiple times based on different receipt submission. 
    • Promotional, discounted, complimentary services are not entitled to participate. 
    • Participants are required to like follow our Instagram Page (@kerluxehairstudio) to be eligible to participate in the giveaway. 
    • Participants are required to like, comment and tag 2 friends in the post on why they should win the giveaway. 
    • Participants have to be following our account till the winner is selected to be eligible. 
    • The Dinner will be at Fullerton Hotel on 7pm, 23 December 2022. 
    • You will be required to confirm if can make it on our dinner date when we reach out to you.
    • If you are unable to make it for the dinner, the prize will be given to the next winner. 
    • Employees of KC Group Pte Ltd and its related franchises and their immediate members are not eligible for participation in the giveaway. 
    • Kerluxe Hair Studio will not be held responsible for incomplete participation form submissions.
    • The winner will be contacted on the same day of the draw through the mobile number or email provided. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond by 12 December 2022, their prize will be forfeited and the next winner will be selected.
    • The winner will receive a confirmation letter to collect their prize. Kerluxe Hair Studio's decision on the winners is final and no correspondence will be entertained. Kerluxe  decision is final, no enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, will be entertained.
    • Participants confirms that all information provided at the time of entry is accurate. Any misrepresentation shall result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes won. 
    • Winners will be informed about details for prize collection. Kerluxe Hair Studio's decision on the winner is final and no correspondence will be entertained.     No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written will be entertained. 
    • We will require you to take images and selfies of your dinner for our social media postings. 
    • By participating in the giveaway, each participant agrees that all personal data submitted may be used for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related the giveaway, to provide goods had services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes Kerluxe Hair Studio may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided Kerluxe Hair Studio with consent. 
    • Kerluxe Hair Studio may collect, use, disclose and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Kerluxe Hair Studio's publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the draw or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in Kerluxe Hair Studio without further compensation.
    • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, Kerluxe Hair Studio accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings.
