    Dear customers, 

    ​We know you are busy and that is why we want to make sure it is easy and convenient for you to request for an appointment with us.
    To request for an appointment, kindly complete the request for appointment form below at least 2 days before your desired appointment date and time.  If you did not receive any confirmation from us, it means your appointment have not been confirmed. Do kindly contact our salon for confirmation before you make your way down to our salon.

    * Please kindly note in the event if you are late for more than 15 minutes for your confirmed appointment with your stylist,
    ​we reserve the rights to serve another customer first. 
    *As we are experiencing a surge in demand during this period, please kindly note that filling up this request for  appointment form does not guarantee an appointment. If your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a Sms/WhatsApp message from our salon.    ​
